ILICA 1 IS THE FIRST
OF ITS KIND TO BE
BUILT IN ZAGREB.

The Ilica skyscraper is the first of its kind built in Zagreb. Built during the time of former Republic of Yugoslavia in 1959.

The Ilica skyscraper has 17 floors and is 70 meters high. At the foot of the skyscraper are shopping areas, and on the upper floors are office spaces.
